Job Description:

Grab Philippines is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Quezon City, NCR on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of relevant experience who possess a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

As a Remote Client Relations Associate, your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through phone and email communication - Providing excellent customer service and promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Assisting with client onboarding and account management processes - Developing innovative solutions to enhance the client experience - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
