Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a resilient and independent Client Relations Associate to join our team at Puregold Price Club Inc. located in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate-level position with 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information - Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase new products or promotions - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction, and make recommendations for improvements - Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights to clients

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism - Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
