Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

1Export is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving relationships with our clients through effective communication and problem-solving. This role requires a high level of adaptability and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via email, phone, and video calls to address inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services - Manage client accounts and maintain up-to-date records - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to address issues

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities and the ability to work well in a team - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment

Additional Requirements: - Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
