Client Relations Associate

Saphron is seeking a part-time Client Relations Associate to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

The ideal candidate for this role must be reliable and highly motivated, with a strong attention to detail and a knack for innovation. The Client Relations Associate will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key responsibilities include: - Communicating with clients via phone, email, and in person to understand their needs and provide solutions - Managing client accounts, keeping track of deadlines and deliverables - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery - Generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Participating in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
