Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

AIDE Home Health Care is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Relations Associate to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns in a timely manner - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on service delivery and performance - Coordinate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities - Prepare reports and analysis on client feedback and satisfaction to improve services - Implement strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty - Assist in onboarding new clients and providing training on our services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Proven experience in project management and client relations - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Passion for providing excellent customer service
