Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

MetroMart is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Client Relations Associate will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients while working remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess personality traits such as resilience and hard work ethic. Strong communication and decision-making skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience - Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate records - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products and services to existing clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and client needs to proactively address potential challenges

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Excellent decision-making abilities to effectively address client needs - Resilient and hardworking personality traits to thrive in a remote work environment - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
