Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Taxumo is seeking a passionate and reliable Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Client Relations Associate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients while providing excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and concerns via email, phone, and other communication channels - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Provide clients with accurate information regarding our services and offerings - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolution of issues - Proactively engage with clients to build strong, long-lasting relationships - Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to address client needs and concerns - Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations - Maintain client records and documentation accurately and securely - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance job performance

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client-facing role preferred - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Passion for providing exceptional customer service and support - Creativity and problem-solving skills to address client needs - Reliable and trustworthy in handling sensitive client information - Comfortable with technology and software tools for remote work - High school diploma or equivalent required
