Client Relations Associate - Work from home

We are looking for a Client Relations Associate to join our team at Uproot Urban Farms. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate level position, we require at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service. 2. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 3. Collaborate with our sales team to generate leads and convert them into satisfied clients. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and collect feedback to continuously improve our services. 5. Assist in developing client outreach strategies and marketing campaigns. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients.

Requirements: 1. Independent and reliable individual who can work efficiently from home. 2. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 3. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience in client relations, customer service, or related fields.
