Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Grab Philippines is looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Client Relations Associate on a part-time basis, working from home in Taguig, NCR, PH. This entry-level position is ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in client relations or a related field.

As a Client Relations Associate, your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular communication - Handling client inquiries and providing timely and accurate responses - Resolving client issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborating with other team members to ensure client satisfaction - Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to clients - Collecting feedback from clients to improve service offerings - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions
