Client Relations Associate - Work from home

AllCare is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and cultivate relationships with clients via phone, email, and other communication channels. 2. Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner. 4. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Provide proactive support to clients to help them achieve their goals and objectives. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies.

Requirements: 1. Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service. 2. Passion for building and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients. 3. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
