Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Xepto Computing is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities. This position is work from home, providing flexibility and convenience for the right candidate.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact - Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Identify new business opportunities and upsell additional services to existing clients - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Assist with project management tasks as needed - Provide support to clients through the onboarding process and beyond - Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and revenue generation

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client-facing role - Resilient and energetic personality traits - Strong project management and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and deliver results - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
