Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Zennya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate will be driven, dedicated, creative, and have strong people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement - Implement initiatives to enhance the overall client experience and increase client loyalty - Track and report on key performance indicators related to client engagement and satisfaction

Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and exceeding targets - Experience in people management and leadership roles - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
