Client Relations Manager

Humble Sustainability, a leading sustainability consultancy firm located in Pasig, NCR, PH, is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of experience in client relations.

As a Client Relations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients. You will be the main point of contact for all client communications, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for growth within our client base and working with the sales team to secure new business.

The ideal candidate for this role will be resourceful and adaptable, able to think on their feet and come up with creative solutions to any challenges that may arise. Excellent people management skills are a must, as you will be working closely with both clients and internal teams to drive results.

In addition to client relations, you will also be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget. You will need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
