Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Converge ICT Solutions Inc. is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level position with a minimum of 5 years of experience, the Client Relations Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be independent, resilient, and possess excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. - Drive business growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients. - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget. - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client performance and business development activities. - Represent Converge ICT Solutions Inc. at client meetings, events, and industry conferences.

Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or account management. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with professionalism. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
