Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Relations Manager to join our team at Gcash in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client relations, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget - Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and provide support in the development of new client relationships - Monitor and analyze client feedback to continuously improve our services and offerings - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong persuasion and adaptability skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
