Client Relations Manager

Xepto Computing is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Client Relations Manager to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

The Client Relations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. This includes identifying client needs, resolving any issues that arise, and communicating feedback to the appropriate departments within the company. The ideal candidate will be energetic, cooperative, and have strong decision-making skills to effectively manage client relationships.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients 2. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate solutions 3. Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely manner 4. Communicate client feedback to relevant departments within the company 5. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to grow client base 6. Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements: 1. At least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field 2. Resourceful and energetic personality traits 3. Strong cooperation and decision-making skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
