Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Cropital is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in Quezon City, National Capital Region, Philippines. As a mid-to-senior level position, we require a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns in a professional and timely manner. 3. Develop strategies to attract new clients and expand our client base. 4. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and implement client relations strategies. 5. Monitor client feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement. 6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 7. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. 8. Provide regular updates and reports on client relations activities to management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. Demonstrated experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong persuasion skills to negotiate and influence clients. 5. Reliable and driven personality traits. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
