Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Storm Technologies is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home and is ideal for individuals with at least 8 years of relevant experience at the mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities for business growth within existing client accounts. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for client success and satisfaction. 5. Analyze data and performance metrics to track client engagement and identify areas for improvement. 6. Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on client relations initiatives and outcomes. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations to continuously improve processes and offerings.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth. 3. Resourceful and resilient personality traits. 4. Strong soft skills in areas such as creativity and strategic planning. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment. 7. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office suite.
