Job Description:
Solaire Resort & Casino is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Relations Manager to work from home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, Philippines. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and interaction - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support - Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, and make recommendations for improvement as needed - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a positive customer experience - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in client relations or customer service, with a minimum of 8 years of experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment
