Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client relations, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. 2. Understand client needs and requirements to provide personalized solutions and recommendations. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure timely resolution. 4. Monitor client satisfaction levels and proactively address any concerns or feedback. 5. Conduct regular client meetings to discuss progress, upcoming projects, and new opportunities. 6. Develop strategies to increase client retention and grow accounts. 7. Provide insights and feedback to improve client experience and overall service delivery. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven track record in client relations or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients. 5. Collaborative attitude and willingness to work in a team environment. 6. Ability to work independently and take initiative. 7. Proficiency in client relationship management software and tools. 8. Experience working remotely or in a virtual environment.
