Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Ayala Land, a leading real estate developer in the Philippines, is seeking a Client Relations Manager to work from home in Manila. This part-time position is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in client relations and account management.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliverables. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to clients. - Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors in order to position Ayala Land effectively. - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and create actionable insights. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.


Requirements: - Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Resourceful and able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment. - Resilient in the face of challenges and able to maintain a positive attitude. - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of Ayala Land to clients. - Proficient in conducting research and analyzing data to inform business decisions.
