Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Kumu, a leading tech company based in Manila, is looking for a Client Relations Manager to work from home on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in client relations, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and address any issues or concerns. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients. 4. Monitor client satisfaction and success metrics to proactively address any potential issues and ensure client retention. 5. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations. 6. Provide regular updates and reports on client accounts and performance to management. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve client relations strategies.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Proven track record of at least 8 years in client relations or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients. 4. Resilient and adaptable mindset to navigate challenges and changes in the business environment. 5. Innovative thinking and attention to detail to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions. 6. Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently from a remote location.
