Client Relations Officer

Revolution Precrafted is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Relations Officer to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships - Manage client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Assist in the creation of client presentations, proposals, and contracts - Monitor and report on client feedback and satisfaction levels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong project management skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
