Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Insider is currently seeking a Client Relations Officer to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to adapt to change and be a reliable team member.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues - Develop and implement strategic plans to improve client satisfaction - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Track and report on client interactions and outcomes - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity
