Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

San Miguel Brewery Inc. is seeking a part-time Client Relations Officer to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 2. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns. 3. Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and loyalty. 4. Conduct research on client needs and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients. 6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client relationships. 7. Assist in the development of marketing campaigns to attract new clients.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and passionate about building strong client relationships. 2. Excellent research and strategic planning skills. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
