Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

ChatGenie, a leading company in the chatbot industry, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Relations Officer to join our team in Pasig, Metro Manila. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate for this role should have at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and meetings. 2. Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients. 4. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and prompt manner. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients. 6. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide informed recommendations to clients. 9. Participate in networking events and industry conferences to promote ChatGenie's services.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Proven experience in negotiation and conflict resolution. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Energetic and dedicated personality traits. - Equal opportunity employer.
