Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Xepto Computing is currently seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis in Caloocan, NCR, Philippines. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and loyalty - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for growth within existing client accounts - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes - Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions and progress - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively negotiate and persuade clients - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
