Client Relations Officer - Work from home

AQWIRE is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role will be a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Address any client inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business opportunities and promote company products and services - Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Provide support to the marketing team in creating client-focused content and campaigns

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and resilient attitude to handle challenging situations with clients - Critical thinking skills to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions - Creativity to develop innovative strategies for client engagement
