Client Relations Representative

Job Description: San Miguel Corporation is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Client Relations Representative to join our team in Davao City, PH. As an entry-level position, this role will provide you with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in client relations while working part-time with flexible hours.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with customers - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services - Monitor client satisfaction and gather feedback to continuously improve our services - Assist in developing client retention strategies and identifying new business opportunities - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role preferred - Strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
