Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Olivia is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Relations Representative to join our team in Caloocan, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone eager to start their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and personalized service. 3. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. 5. Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives to improve overall client satisfaction. 6. Utilize creativity and innovation to develop new approaches to client relations and improve processes.

Requirements: 1. Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service and building long-lasting client relationships. 2. Passion for helping others and finding solutions to meet client needs. 3. Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to challenges. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours, with the potential for remote work.
