Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Penshoppe is looking for a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are seeking individuals who are reliable and driven to succeed in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage relationships with clients and colleagues - Analytical mindset to interpret client data and feedback - Reliable and punctual in meeting deadlines and delivering results - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
