Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

DMCI is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. This part-time entry-level position requires no prior experience but a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, and possess strong project management and innovation skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Address client concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of products and services - Assist in the development of marketing materials and strategies to attract new clients - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to enhance client relationships - Provide regular reports and updates on client interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize - Highly motivated and proactive with a positive attitude - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - Willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
