Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Parañaque, NCR, PH. This is a part-time entry-level position with no previous experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through remote communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. 2. Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time. 4. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 5. Provide regular updates and reports to management on client feedback and trends. 6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of emotional intelligence. 2. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
