Stylist in Pocket Technologies is seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is perfect for individuals who are energetic, adaptable, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Client Relations Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home and connect with clients in a virtual setting.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with customers - Provide personalized recommendations and solutions to meet client needs - Communicate with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends to better assist clients - Handle client inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients - Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems and other digital tools - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment - Energetic and adaptable personality with a positive attitude - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
