Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Tanduay Distillers, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This remote position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Parañaque, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through timely communication and excellent customer service. 2. Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded. 4. Provide feedback to management on client preferences and trends to improve overall client satisfaction. 5. Analyze client data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 6. Assist in the development of client retention strategies and campaigns. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to better serve clients.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Proven decision-making abilities with a focus on cooperation and teamwork. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
