Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Uproot Urban Farms is seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are resilient, hardworking, adaptable, and skilled in strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and concerns - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty - Monitor client accounts and provide timely updates on progress and results - Generate reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels for management review

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
