Job Description - Client Relations Specialist


Job Description:


Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Makati, NCR, PH. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate with clients. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients and resolve any issues that may arise. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients. 5. Monitor client satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and regular check-ins, providing insights to leadership on areas for improvement. 6. Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives to increase customer loyalty. 7. Prepare reports and presentations on client feedback, trends, and performance metrics to senior management.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or account management. 3. Strong project management and teamwork skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Adaptable and reliable with a customer-centric mindset. 6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. 7. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
