Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Cloudstaff is seeking a motivated and resilient Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Quezon City, NCR, Philippines. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients - Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients - Develop strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Assist in resolving any client issues or complaints in a timely manner - Provide regular updates and reports to management on client relations activities - Collaborate with team members to maximize client satisfaction - Participate in training programs to improve client relations skills

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong cooperation and teamwork abilities - Ability to think strategically and problem-solve effectively - Motivated and driven to exceed client expectations - Resilient and able to handle challenging situations - Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or a related field preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - No prior experience required, but internship or relevant coursework is a plus
