Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

BeamAndGo is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business from existing clients - Conduct client satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to the management team - Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on key metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively advise clients - Attend client meetings and events as needed

Requirements: - Adaptability and independence in a fast-paced environment - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
