Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Taxumo, a leading tech company in Davao City, PH, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team. As an Entry Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. We are looking for a driven and resourceful individual who excels in teamwork and negotiation.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a high level of service delivery. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client needs and expectations. 4. Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives. 5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database. 6. Conduct client satisfaction surveys and implement feedback for continuous improvement. 7. Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software. 6. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client management.
