Job Description:

Advance, a leading company in Quezon City, is seeking a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with clients through remote communication channels - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms in a prompt and professional manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively - Provide clients with updates on products and services as needed - Assist in resolving any client issues or concerns in a timely and courteous manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Creativity and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs - High school diploma or equivalent
