Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

AllCare is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an entry-level position, no specific experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience would be advantageous. We are looking for individuals who are reliable and driven, with strong teamwork and cooperation skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Resolve any client issues or concerns in a proactive and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
