Job Description - Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

NextPay, a fast-growing financial technology company based in Cebu, Central Visayas, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to work from home on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is necessary, but we are looking for hardworking and confident individuals who possess strong critical thinking and presentation skills.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their needs and offer additional services or products - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and provide effective solutions - Track client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products to existing clients


Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other technology tools - Comfortable working from home with a reliable internet connection - Availability to work part-time hours on a flexible schedule
