Client Relations Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

United Laboratories is seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to work from home in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Associate-level team member with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and online chat to address their inquiries and concerns - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise - Provide product information and guidance to clients to help them make informed decisions - Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products - Proactively reach out to clients to gather feedback and improve their overall experience - Assist in developing client retention strategies and implement them effectively

Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Driven to exceed client expectations and achieve personal and team goals - Strong people management skills to navigate various client personalities and preferences - Proficient in project management to juggle multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team - High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
