Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Balikbayad is seeking a reliable and resourceful Client Service Assistant to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and social media in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assisting clients with account management, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination. 4. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Providing support to senior team members as needed. 6. Upholding the company's high standards for client service and satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 6. Reliable transportation to our office in Pasig, NCR, PH.
