Client Service Assistant

Job Description: HealthNow is seeking a Client Service Assistant to join our team in Pasig, NCR, PH. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time entry-level position with no years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns - Assist clients with account set-up, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information - Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies

Requirements: - Resourceful and driven individual with a passion for client service - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively - Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Previous experience in customer service or client service is a plus
