Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and independent Client Service Assistant to join our team at Peddlr in Pasig, NCR, PH. As an Entry Level position, this role does not require any previous experience, making it perfect for someone looking to kickstart their career in client service.

Responsibilities: - Assist in handling client inquiries and concerns through email, phone, and other communication channels - Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with the Client Service Manager to address client issues and escalate as needed - Perform data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving client satisfaction - Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies and processes - Take on leadership roles within the team to drive efficiency and effectiveness - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive client experience - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Motivated and eager to learn - Independent and able to work well both individually and in a team setting - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Ability to take on leadership responsibilities when needed - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
