Job description:
HealthNow is seeking a part-time Client Service Assistant to join our team in Davao City, Philippines. As a Client Service Assistant at HealthNow, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries and problem-solving, and ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, billing issues, and service requests. 3. Process client requests and ensure accuracy and timeliness. 4. Collaborate with the Client Service team to address client concerns and escalations. 5. Maintain client records and documentation accurately. 6. Assist with administrative tasks related to client accounts. 7. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. 8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to negotiate and problem-solve effectively. 5. Team player with a collaborative mindset. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
