Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Sprout Solutions is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Service Assistant to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with 1 year of experience who possess a passion for customer service and problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels (phone, email, chat) - Assist clients with onboarding, training, and troubleshooting of our software solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in client service processes - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
