Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

AIDE Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Service Assistant to join our team in Manila, NCR, PH. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the healthcare industry and make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities: - Assist with client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service - Schedule appointments and coordinate services for clients - Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations - Conduct research on client needs and preferences to improve services - Handle documentation and paperwork related to client service - Assist in negotiating contracts with clients and vendors - Maintain a positive relationship with clients to ensure high satisfaction rates - Collaborate with other departments to meet client needs effectively

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a strong desire to learn and grow in the healthcare industry - Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Passion for helping others and making a difference in their lives - Knowledge of negotiation techniques and research methods - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
